Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order
Eligibility Criteria
A return will only be considered if every condition below is satisfied:
- Item remains unused and in its original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase or invoice is submitted
- A manufacturing defect is present that stops the product from working as intended
Returns are strictly limited to manufacturing defects only, no other reason qualifies.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll share the correct return address with you.
Who Covers Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- A flat return shipping fee of 5 JOD applies
Non Returnable Condition
- Direct product exchanges are not available
- If your return is approved, you're welcome to place a fresh order separately
Getting Your Refund
- Your returned item will be inspected first and we'll let you know whether it's approved
- Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days
